Anya was absolutely phenomenal! She eased any anxieties I had (since I’m new to purchasing jewelry) and took all my ideas to morph them into exactly what I saw in my head! She even added small touches to my fiancés wedding band that complimented my engagement ring that I didn’t even think of! She is a GEM! Her ability to listen to the customer and make their dream happen is truly a gift! Will for sure be shopping with Adele for any future purchases because of Anya and the team that took such care creating my custom ring. It’s one of a kind and one that I will treasure forever! Adele was recommended to me by two of my friends who had positive experiences- Anya was incredible in helping me in this process. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and she made me feel comfortable along the way. Purchasing from Adele Diamond was a wonderful experience. Kendra was a joy to work with and so very helpful. Not to mention patient! I was helping my son pick out an engagement ring. He’s military and was not available to do it himself. He was hoping to get the ring before he and his girlfriend get leave and can see each other again. The ring was just perfect for them and Kendra made it all happen. This is the second time our family has gone to Adele Diamond and we will be back!

We had the pleasure of meeting with Ashley and Chris today. What a magnificent experience. It’s a beautiful store, in a safe environment to enjoy your jewelry. For us I was liquidating some old jewelry. They put us in a private room so we could evaluate and come to terms with a reasonable offer. this was not a high-pressure situation, this is a very cordial polite, and respectful let alone professional conversation. I believe they were fair with their offers, And quite frankly I really enjoyed the opportunity to work with them and liquefying our assets. It was evident with all the tests that they had the knowledge, skills, and experience to make us a reasonable offer. This is the way true professionals behave as there were some items that didn’t meet the criteria and I was able to take them off the table. If you’re looking to sell your jewelry, you should strongly consider at least meeting with them. I was very pleased with the end result. I think you would be happy too ! Out of all the jewelry stores in Virginia Beach this was a pleasurable experience. Without the pressure.

We know Anya from when she worked at our local jewelry store in Indiana. When it was time for our 25th Anniversary my husband wanted to get me a new wedding set. After looking around locally, he contacted Anya to see what Adele Diamond had to offer. Anya was incredibly helpful and helped him to design a custom made ring.
